This is the first time I successfully completed a photoshop tutorial and had a decent result, from a few months back. I used a site called PSD Tuts Plus, which is full of tutorials for fun photo manipulation as well as professional tools for photographers. If you want to fine tune your photoshop skills, I would check it out.
